Training
options:
| Our work with
past clients has shown that the more follow up, accountability and
time spent with participants, the greater the results that you will
receive. The most value occurs when the process is split into three
parts: The two-day workshop, the hands-on organizing a week or two
later and a follow-up day 30 days later. You may choose only the two-day
workshop or any of the following combinations: |
Workshop
The basic
concepts of organization are taught utilizing exercises and theory.

Group
hands-on organizing
These hands-on
days involve each workshop participant going back to his or her
office and setting it up with his or her new organizational system.
Greg works with each person in his or her office and then moves
on to the next, working from person to person.

One or two days.

on 1 training
Some participants,
especially executives, want personalized coaching which allows them
maximum time to fully set up their office. It also allows more one
on one time with Greg to discuss their focus and other organizational
issues that they need coaching on.

Follow-up
Thirty
days after the training, there is a Q and A session, a quiz, one-on-one
time for those who need additional help and a participant tour of
everyone’s office which insures greater accountability.
